2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Egypt):

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days.

International Shipping:

Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days depending on the destination.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

3. Shipping Address Requirements

To ensure a successful delivery, please provide complete and accurate details:

Building/Villa number and Apartment number.

Full Street Name and City.

An active phone number and the full name of the recipient.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your ZAMANKO timepiece is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number.

You can monitor your shipment’s journey through our courier’s portal.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes [Outside Egypt]

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific regulations before placing an order.

  • رقم المبنى/الفيلا ورقم الشقة.

  • اسم الشارع بالكامل والمدينة.

  • رقم هاتف نشط واسم المستلم بالكامل.

بمجرد شحن ساعة ZAMANKO الخاصة بك، ستتلقى رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني تحتوي على رقم التتبع.
يمكنك متابعة مسار شحنتك من خلال موقع شركة الشحن.

5. الجمارك والرسوم والضرائب (خارج مصر)

بالنسبة للطلبات الدولية، فإن أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب أو رسوم استيراد تقع على عاتق المستلم بالكامل.
ننصح بالتواصل مع مكتب الجمارك المحلي في بلدك لمعرفة اللوائح قبل إتمام الطلب.
